You are cordially invited to give yourself the gift of deep rest in soulful community. This special edition of Community Yoga will be a gentle restorative practice with antique singing bowl sound bath - we'll celebrate and balance the expansiveness of summer in our bodies, minds, and spirits.
Please arrive a bit early to settle in - you'll need lots of props! If you have blankets, bolsters, & blocks, please bring them - we've run out in the past.
Class is on a sliding scale so that yogis experiencing all levels of financial diversity can attend (and we can cover the studio rent).
