Learn from a HUD-certified instructor about budgeting, the differences between renting and owning, credit, mortgage lending, real estate, insurance, inspections and titles.

This course is designed to cover it all in an 8-hour live interactive session from the comfort of your home. Industry professionals will join the class to teach some segments and answer your questions.

The class certificate is often requested by lenders before closing on certain loans, but taking the class at the beginning of your home buying journey is much more desirable so you know what to expect down the road.
