An evolution of our much-loved Brunch & Plan series, Realigned brings a fresh, active twist to our annual gatherings.
It’s all about reuniting, reconnecting, and realigning with your personal goals, while building meaningful connections with movement in a fun, supportive environment.

Ps:Light Nibbles will be provided but do come with your waterbottles to keep hydrated through out the day.

About the Facilitator

Trudy is the founder of Stay True Stay Fit (STSF), a community-driven fitness platform rooted in movement, connection and well-being.
With a heart for supporting people physically, mentally and spiritually, she creates spaces where individuals can come together, move freely and feel encouraged to grow into their best selves.
What started as a personal passion has grown into a meaningful community, where fitness goes beyond the physical and becomes an experience of connection, confidence and care.
Through STSF, Trudy hosts classes and events that are welcoming, uplifting and accessible to all levels - always with the intention of creating an environment where people feel seen, supported and empowered.
