We'll be studying Paul's epistle to the Romans, covering two chapters each class. For those not familiar, Romans is rich with substantial theology, especially on justification and salvation. It also connects to the Old Testament in ways that answers some of those lingering questions we often have. Our method of study will follow closely with the skills we learned in our last session, "Women of the Word" by Jen Wilkin. Please don't worry if you didn't make it to all or even any of those classes as we'll continue to go over and remind ourselves how to further engage God's Word through scholarly study. It's not as intimidating as it sounds!
If possible, please read chapters before our session. Bring your Bible, a notebook, and your favorite pen as we dig deeper!
April 17th - Chapters 1 & 2 6:30-8:00pm

May 15th - Chapters 5 & 6 6:30-8:00pm
June 5th - Chapters 7 & 8 6:30-8:00pm
June 19th - Chapters 9 & 10 6:30-8:00pm
July 3rd - Break for holiday
July 17th - Chapters 11 & 12 6:30-8:00pm
August 7th - Chapters 13 & 14 6:30-8:00pm
August 21st - Chapters 15 & 16 6:30-8:00pm
As always, you DO NOT need to attend Valley Mills to join us so go ahead and show up with a friend!
