Parent & Teen Mental Health Wellness Workshop


Join for a free impactful and engaging workshop created for both parents and teens to have honest conversations about mental health, substance use and prevention.

This experience is designed to help families better understand the warning signs, strengthen communication, and learn practical, science-backed strategies for support and early intervention.

Through honest dialogue, interactive activities, education, and community connection, families will leave feeling more informed, empowered, and equipped to navigate today’s challenges together.
