This August, the Moms Club of Lompoc in partnership with the Lompoc Public Library will be presenting the 4-part Summer Series: ""Real Talk: Little Eaters"" in the Grossman Gallery at the Lompoc Library. Caregivers are invited to join us in the supportive space to ask questions, share experiences, and get connected with trusted community resources.
Tuesday, August 4th: Meals with Mayhem: Get fresh ideas about feeding your family. Come learn routines, time-saving tips and strategies.
Tuesday, August 11th: Starting Solids: From first foods to toddler tactics, come learn about starting solids and making mealtimes easier.
Tuesday, August 18th: Latch, Pump, & Bottle: Stephanie Joyce, IBCLC of Blooming Breastfeeding & Lactation will walk us through Nursing 101 and beyond.
Tuesday, August 25th: WIC 101: Learn about what WIC offers from grocery aisles to farmers markets. Come check out if you are eligible.
