ABOUT MINJI

minji is a self-produced indie pop artist based in Chicago, IL. After establishing herself as a hip hop producer, minji began her artist project in late 2022, drawing inspiration from the likes of Clairo, Gus Dapperton, and Men I Trust. Her latest single and accompanying music video, “ice cream days," offer an early glimpse into the fusion of her musical and artistic vision. A live debut at Schuba's in 2024 and an opening slot for MANWOVLES and CRASHprez at Outset mark the beginning of a new era for minji as she prepares for her EP release later this year.

ABOUT THE FUNDAMENTAL KINK

Introducing The Fundamental Kink, an alternative rock group hailing from the city of Chicago, Illinois. This five-member ensemble consists of Isaac Palomino, a master of both guitar and vocals, Mark Uriostegui, who effortlessly handles bass and vocals, Sergio Rodriguez, the mesmerizing lead guitarist, Alberto Estrada, an incredibly skilled guitarist, and Victor Martinez, the rhythmic heartbeat on drums. Together, they create a captivating blend of dreamy shoegaze, alternative indie pop that isn't afraid of getting loud. Formed in 2015, The Fundamental Kink has been a driving force in the Chicago DIY scene for the past eight years.
