R.E.A.L. Manhood 101 (aka RM101) Youth Leadership Summit & College Day empowers young males to become R.E.A.L. men by exposing them to an environment where they are surrounded by men who excel in life, family, business and beyond. This high-energy, interactive summit will take males, 6th-12th grade, through empowering explorations of how having a “REAL” man mindset can positively impact their lives and the lives of others. By Rejecting passivity, Expecting the greater reward, Accepting responsibility, and Leading courageously, we can build our families, communities, and nation one R.E.A.L. man at a time. This 1-day experience is packed with a keynote, workshops, college exposure, roundtable discussion, LIVE entertainment, business/brand expo, free food, giveaways and MORE!

The purpose of RM101 is to empower young males to become R.E.A.L. men.

The 6 Core Social Emotional Learning competencies will be highlighted throughout the summit. (Self-Awareness, Self-Management/Development, Healthy Decision Making, Relationship Skills, Social Awareness/Responsibility & Growth Mindset)

During this summit young males will meet and network with males of different backgrounds who are hungry for fulfilling their call as REAL men.

RM101 features information and activities designed to make males more aware of their uniqueness and become even more vital to their sphere of influence. Participants will walk away with specific action steps they can take to create an immediate impact in their home, school, community, and world.
