Two years later, the trial is over and the James boys have an appointment with the electric chair. Refusing to give the media and the public the woeful explanations they expect, the brothers, with their unsavory humor and complete lack of remorse, become the kind of media heroes that only late 1990's America could embrace. Their bloody escape from Pr*son leads to a massive manhunt, with an intrigued public glued to their televisions, thrilled but afraid. The killers seek refuge in a typical suburban town and take the Ryan family hostage. But, it's the James brothers who are in for a nasty surprise."
