About the Speaker:Karen Maxwell has been a real estate investor since 2014. She is well versed in all strategies of Single-Family investing. She self-managed 70 properties spanning north and east Texas from her home office.She is also the owner of Simple Automation Follow-up. In March 2020, during the pandemic, as more and more Real Estate Investors were scaling, Karen answered the call to fill the need for Custom CRMs that worked for each investor.Simple AF was a hit with her clients, but more was needed. Many investors reached out for consulting, and additional REI training. In 2021 she joined Real IMPACT Training as Sales and Marketing Manager. Finally, Karen had a training program she believed in since she uses it daily and has for many years.In 2022, Karen took things a step further by opening the Real IMPACT Plano Real Estate Investor Group in hopes of changing more lives through real estate investing.
