At our August meetup, we will be joined by Jay Kauffman, House Hacker, Investor and REALTOR with the Sarita Sells Team will be sharing his experience purchasing his first building after he bought a condo. Jay spent years on the sidelines dreaming of getting started. Finally, he took the leap and (spoiler alert) he wishes he would have started sooner!
Doors open at 6:30 pm for networking. The discussion panel starts at 7 pm-ish.
