Day class hours: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (nine days)
(1) Methods of Obtaining Classroom Hours
We offer a blended learning environment with three different learning options. Blended Learning included in our real estate classes is classroom attendance, livestream attendance, and online self-paced hours. Methods may be sole and separate or in combination.
(2) RETI Livestream Learning Options
Options include synchronous (live) and asynchronous (self-paced online) attendance.
This real estate class discusses ownership, property rights, appraisal, financing, and relationships with clients and customers. We also discuss disclosure, contracts, management, title transfer, real estate practice, basic calculations, and Mississippi License Law.
(3) Quick Start System
The Real Estate Training Institute’s Quick Start System allows students to access the school’s support site to get a head start on their classroom or Livestream real estate courses. This helps students be ahead on day one. This free school option gives access to over 3000 quiz questions and materials before beginning your class journey.
(4) Real Estate Books Included
The Real Estate Training Institute is a book publisher with over ten real estate course workbooks for Mississippi and Tennessee. We have also added free $300 course workbooks for the Mississippi real estate exam. Two books are included.
(5) All Access Pass
In addition, former students and alumni requested The School’s All Access Pass. As adults with busy schedules, it may be convenient for some students to attend class, livestream, or take the self-paced online course to complete their classroom hours. You can mix and match days, nights, topics, chapters, instructors, and physical locations.
(6) RETI Livestream Classes Free Reviews
With the course, you can attend free reviews with your choices of methods, times, topics, instructors, and locations.
There are sixty Hours of real estate license Instruction. Also, there is no class on weekends. This course also includes real estate license exam techniques proven to help you pass your real estate classes state exam—Mississippi’s Top Real Estate School.
