Join us for our Exclusive Networking Night in-person at The Velvet Grove Restaurant located at The Fairmont Hotel. Networking Night brings together the NREIC community for an evening of networking amongst other active and high-performing real estate investors, in an unbiased, sales-free environment. Networking Night exists simply for networking, collaborating, assisting, and empowering one another. With a fusion of food, drinks, networking & celebration, casual conversations flourish into meaningful opportunities & execution between members.

What to Expect:

Mario Lopes ---The only CMHC Affordable Housing award winner in the private market in Manitoba. Working on exciting new ventures in the affordable housing field thanks to all levels of government.

Overview of topic:

Beginning in 2024 at the age of 50, Mario lopes and his team have designed and plan to build 1,250 units of brand new residential housing in Winnipeg by leveraging the brand new and incredible urban density program. One of Manitoba’s first private investors to receive approvals. Mario will share how he achieved this, and how you may be able to apply the same principles to access the Urban Density Program as well.
