Property Deal Network — Toronto, Canada

What happens at PDN Toronto, Canada?
People bring deals. Others bring capital. Some are sourcing their next project, others looking for JV partners or professional services. The format is simple: arrive, grab a drink, and start conversations. No presentations, no pitches from the front — just direct networking with people who are actively working in real estate.
Who typically attends?
Investors (from first-timers to experienced property investors), developers, real estate consultants, brokers, lawyers, architects, and accountants. If you're involved in real estate or want to be, you'll find relevant people here.

Are you an industry professional ?
If you would like increased visibility you can buy a paid promotion ticket for a select number of industries with a limit of 2 tickets at each event, a paid ticket gives you a promotional mailing to everyone attending this date and a mailing to everyone attending a previous date plus a instagram story and Whatsapp group status announcing your attendance. To obtain this just buy the relevant paid ticket before it sells out
The available industry professional categories are:
Architect
Accountancy & Tax
Builder / Trades Contractor
Finance / Mortgage Broker
Insurance Broker
Interior Designer

Local Estate Agent / Real Estate Agents
Surveyor
Working with global PropTech brands
Contractor Accommodation - Short term Crew and Contractor housing
Nightly Places - vacation rental marketplace built for the independent operator
Report Maintenance - Enable your Letting and Airbnb guests report repairs with minimal overhead
Sourcing Requirements - Buyers Post, Sellers Respond, Deals Close. The revolutionary reverse marketplace for real estate and business acquisitions
About the venue: An Asian-inspired cocktail and small-plates bar on the second floor just off Chinatown, rated 4.3 from over 800 reviews and mid-priced. Note the opening pattern: it is closed Monday and Tuesday and opens at 5:30pm from Wednesday, so a Wednesday or Thursday event works but earlier in the week does not. Happy hour runs 5:30pm to 7:30pm, which overlaps the start of a 7pm event.
Getting there: The 505 Dundas streetcar stops at Dundas St W and Huron St, essentially outside the door — about a minute's walk. The nearest subway is TMU on Line 1, seventeen minutes east on foot, so the streetcar is the sensible approach; St Patrick station on Line 1 is also within a short streetcar hop. Parking in this stretch of Chinatown is limited and mostly on-street, so transit or a rideshare is the easier arrival.
