Have you been curious about real estate investing but don't know how to start? Or are you ready to invest but intimidated by an expensive market? Join longtime money coach & investor Kathy Kali to learn the different types of real estate investing, how to participate in the affordable housing movement with either small or large scale projects, the difference between local and out-of-state investing, and creative ways to finance properties with either W2 or self-employed income. This workshop is for women only, in order to empower more women to participate in a historically male-dominated field.

Kathy Kali holds a degree in Women Studies from the University of Washington. She has been a Money & Personal Finance Coach for 18 years, and a Real Estate investor for much of that time. Her experience is with fix & flips, ADUs, buy-and-hold rentals, midterm rentals, and house hacking in the local community of Southern Oregon.
