Take Action Now and Refuse to be a victim! Cedric Jordan, 3rd Degree Blackbelt Taekwondo and Level 1 Instructor at Executive Self-defense and Fitness, will teach a dynamic Women's Self-Defense Experience Seminar (age 16 and above). If you want to learn simple skills that could make all the difference, this is the seminar design specifically for you. Be sure and bring your friends and family members to learn these skills.
