READY Together Neighborhood Preparedness Training

Prepare your block! This free interactive workshop from Seattle's Office of Emergency Management offers practical tools to help you build connections with neighbors to strengthen community resilience. The workshop emphasizes conversation, collaboration, and local action.
This training is ideal for block/street level preparation, so consider bringing a few neighbors along, and/or preview this training as something to schedule for your own neighbors group or block watch.
Don't miss our follow up training, What is an Emergency Hub (HUB101) on Jan 11, 2027.
The Lakewood/Seward Park Emergency Hub is part of a growing network of volunteer-run Hubs across Seattle who support and prepare for disaster readiness and resilience for individuals and neighborhoods. We are neighbors helping neighbors, when it matters most. We meet the first Monday of every month, 7-8:30 p.m. at the Lakewood/Seward Park Community Club: all are welcome - no prior Hub experience needed!
