Join us for the Ready, Set, GROW! Procurement Connections Workshop on December 10th at Silver Spring Civic Center at Veterans Plaza for insights on how to engage the State of Maryland, and our local partners in Montgomery County government.

Learn how the State of Maryland's small, minority, women, and veteran procurement programs work, identify which agencies and departments buy what you sell, and meet procurement officers during the open networking session. You can also connect with various resource partners to learn more about their small business services.

This event will also offer a Certifications Workshop for both the Small Business Reserve (SBR) Program, and our Veteran-Owned Small Business Enterprise (VSBE) Program. If vendors are interested in getting certified or re-certified in either/both SBR or VSBE please bring the following:

- Your own laptop
- VSBE - electronic copy of your DD214
- SBR - Know your last 3 years of gross sales & number of employees

NOTE: To get your VSBE and/or SBR Certification you must be registered in eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA - ), the state of Maryland's electronic "Bid Board". If you need to register, you can review the vendor registration process through this
