Join us for houseplants and weekend reads! Bring a book and settle in for a pleasant morning of reading with fellow book lovers. Please sign in when you arrive to help us track attendance.

RESERVE YOUR SEAT & KEEP YOUR RSVP ACCURATE. Foxglove has limited capacity for a seated event. Signing up reserves your spot for this event. If your plans change, please update your RSVP to open up that seat for someone else. We understand that things may come up, but if possible please don't wait until the last minute to cancel. It is difficult to fill seats that are canceled day-of.

BRING A CHAIR. We usually have more people than chairs sign up for our Foxglove meetups. That's okay because Foxglove has plenty of space to fill with our own chairs! Please toss a tailgate chair in your car if you have one. If not, there is first-come first-serve seating available.

SIP AND SHOP. Foxglove has an assortment of coffee, tea, soda, and alcoholic beverages for purchase. Foxglove is also a retail plant and plant accessory shop with an incredible selection of plants for your home.

ABOUT US: Silent Book Club Athens is a group created to bring together book lovers in the Athens, Georgia community. There is no assigned reading, no deadline to finish a book, and no required discussion. Bring your book of choice and enjoy reading in the company of others who appreciate and support reading too. Adults of all ages are welcome, and so are books of all genres and formats.
