Every Tuesday, Planet Perk will offer FREE entry into the Planet Purrrk Club for anyone who brings a book and reads it in the shop. However, a purchase of a beverage is required. The cat lounge is open from 7:00am to 5:00pm. Readers can use the Purrrk Club cat lounge for a little quiet reading and receive free cat cuddles.
After 6:00pm we open the doors to Oshkosh Silent Book Club Group and the Oshkosh Public Library (Adult Storytime, various Silent Reading events and more) have events on specific dates at Planet Perk.
However, you can start your own bookclub and meet at Planet Perk all day or reserve the Purrrk Club after 6:00pm if you have at least 15 people in your group. To start a bookclub, contact the OPL for a "Bookclub in Bag" kit and invite all of your friends. Then you simply have to call Perk at 920.235.9891.
All nonprofit literacy groups can also use our facility for FREE. Just call us to reserve space.
