Reading Death Cafe

All are welcome to this friendly and informal event. There is no agenda or aim; come and share your thoughts, fears, and experiences over tea and cake.

This cafe is for everyone as we all share the certainty of death. Bring your curiosity and bring an open mind; this is a space for meaningful conversations about death and dying.

Please note that Death Cafe is a discussion group rather than a support group for bereavement or grief.

You are welcome to just turn up on the night, but if you let us know you are coming, we can ensure there will be enough cake.

At a Death Cafe people drink tea, eat cake and discuss death. Their aim is to increase awareness of death to help people make the most of their (finite) lives.
