Our in person meet ups offer a relaxed, inclusive space for adults (18+) with ADHD to connect with others who understand. This is a peer support group, not a medical service, and you do not need a diagnosis to attend. There’s no pressure to speak, you can share, listen, or simply show up. Everyone is welcome.Register here:

What to expect
It’s completely normal to feel nervous before attending your first session, many people do. Not knowing what to expect or feeling anxious around new people is very common. That said, most people who come along once choose to return.
We keep sessions as informal and relaxed as possible. We usually begin by briefly going around the room and introducing ourselves, but this is entirely optional. After that, the conversation naturally settles into an informal, supportive discussion.
People attend at all stages of their ADHD journey and from a wide range of backgrounds. Some come looking for advice or reassurance, while others enjoy offering support based on their own experiences. There’s no right or wrong way to take part.
Although we’re called Reading ADHD Group, you don’t need to live in Reading to attend, people join us from across the wider area.
If you’re thinking about coming along but feel unsure, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’re always happy to answer questions and welcome new people.
If this will be your first time attending, please take a moment to read our disclaimer and group guidelines.
