H.J. Russell & Company & Urban Legue of Greater Atlanta Have joined forces to bring you The Russell Educational Academy for Diversity & Inclusion (READI) program. The Program offers a 3-week curriculum aimed at equipping minority commercial construction businesses with the necessary tools to stand out in today's marketplace and capitalize on emerging opportunities.  The READI program includes over 21-hours of educational content covered over 9-individual sessions.  Topics include: Safety First, Bid Preparation, Scheduling, Marking & Branding, Capability Statements, Seeking Capital, Leveraging Diversity Certifications, Project Planning & Management and Contract Management.

Who should attend? New or emerging general contractors or trade contractors, Construction Project Managers, Administrative Staff, Safety and Risk Management personnel.
