Making new friends as an adult can feel hard, so we created a night that makes it easy.
One of the biggest reasons people come to Perth Book Club is to meet new people. But sometimes you leave thinking, “I wish I’d had the chance to chat to a few more people.”
So… we made a whole night for exactly that.
Throughout the evening, you’ll meet 10+ other readers. We’ll have a mix of questions about books and life to help get the conversation flowing (you probably won’t need them for long). We’ll also have connection cards so it’s easy to stay in touch with the people you meet.
After the structured part of the evening, we’ll open the room up for drinks, a DJ and open mingling, giving you plenty of time to keep chatting with the people you clicked with or meet the people you didn’t get the chance to chat to earlier.
It’s easier to meet people when everyone’s there for the same reason.
