Are you someone who experiences difficulty staying in your most embodied, expressed self and who finds herself staying small, or dimming their own light?
I know what it’s like to wake up and feel like you’re so far from where you thought you would be.

And to lay down at night thinking about how my drinking was pushing me further from any chance of becoming that person. It got so bad that I found myself dissatisfied with my work and personal life. So, I know how painful it can be.
And, I know what it’s like to be on the other side of it.

I get to slay my goals and to have a life where I wake up to feel like what I do makes a difference to people. I go to bed at night thinking about which creative project can make the most impact.

The best part is that I feel like I can achieve anything I set my mind and heart to.

And, I want this kind of life for everyone! That’s why I do the work that I do.

I know how painful it can be when you feel like you have lost yourself.

In this two-hour embodied living workshop, you will:
-- re-activate your power
-- feel at peace within your body, mind, and soul
-- learn to listen to your intuition
-- give yourself the love, care, and attention you desire
-- find MORE of your highest, most-expressed self
-- heal what is wounded within and reactivate your power

Life is too short to spend it with versions of yourself that you have outgrown. You don’t have to stay stuck in this version of yourself that doesn’t fit any more.
We will use yoga (mat not required, but welcomed), writing, connection, as well as various other resources and healing modalities as individual demand might desire.
$55 per soul; gifts for scholarship for others are welcomed.
