This symposium convenes oncology professionals, researchers, and policy advocates to explore the current challenges and strategic solutions in advancing inclusive excellence across the cancer research continuum. Attendees will engage with thought leaders discussing policy-aligned models for accountability, tools for building diversity plans into clinical trial design, and methods for standardizing demographic reporting in academic publications.
With a focus on practical implementation, the DRIVE Initiative offers a blueprint to help institutions, sponsors, and investigators align with regulatory guidance, such as the U.S. FDORA Act of 2022, while advocating for its broader international adoption.
