This is the Required, 4 hour, Federal & State Laws and Regulations Class that every Licensed and Certified Appraiser must take every 4 years. There is a mandated 20 Question, Open Book Test immediately following the class. Trainees must also take this course to obtain their Trainee License. Federal & State Laws are added and existing laws are modified as our profession changes. We are required to know what those changes are and be able to implement them in our appraisal practice(s). Students will gain insight into the most recent changes and review those practices that are important for us to continue implementing (but may have forgotten) as we deal with the Pandemic workload and our ever-evolving profession.
