Cet archétype nous offre une voie pour épouser le changement, se connecter à notre individualité et s'adapter aux nombreux défis auxquels nous sommes confrontés dans notre vie.
Lorsque nous délions les tensions liées à l'archétype du fils sauvage notre esprit rebel se met au service de l'amour et de la liberté.
Lorsque nous invitons la respiration à bouger avec notre corps, nous approfondissons notre connexion à notre esprit créant milles inspirations qui nourrissent notre cœur et notre âme.
La responsabilité collective nous rassemble alors pour nous unir dans un même souffle, notre vision et notre courage peuvent aller de l'avant, amener l'ego à sa juste place, laissant de l'espace pour écouter notre intuition et amener des limites simples et claires.
Cet atelier s'adresse à celles et ceux qui œuvrent pour pacifier le cœur de leur Rebel intérieur. Celles et ceux qui souhaitent incarner pleinement leur âme, leur esprit et s'engagent dans le mouvement pour trouver plus d'authenticité, de connexion avec eux mêmes, avec les autres, avec le monde et le grand mystère de la vie.
Avec la carte des 5R, la pratique du rituel et la chorégraphie de nos métaphores, nous explorerons l'archétype du Fils Sauvage et l'archétype du Saint Esprit.
Depuis plusieurs années Emma vient à Montpellier pour nous offrir des laboratoires 5Rythmes qui convoquent toutes les nuances des archétypes masculins et féminins que nous explorons dans la carte God Sex and the Body de Gabrielle Roth.
C'est la diversité de la pratique des 5Rythmes qui la passionne. Au service et engagée, Emma fait ses armes en développant la part qui tenait tant à cœur à Gabrielle Roth, « amener la pratique dans la rue » . Ses enseignements en sont nourris, colorés d'humour et de la 'sagesse de la rue'. Guidée par le mouvement qui guérit et transforme la souffrance humaine en art, elle est certifié Waves et HeartBeat et bientôt GSB (God, Sex and the Body)

The wild rebel energy is the part of us that rises up to seek change for our community, our humanity, to liberate us with a sense of creative action.
The Rebel archetype offers us a way to embrace change, connect with our individuality, and adapt to the many challenges we face in our lives.
When we release the tensions associated with the Wild Son archetype, our rebel spirit serves love and freedom.
When we invite our breath to move with our body, we deepen our connection to our spirit, creating a thousand inspirations that nourish our heart and soul.
Collective responsibility then brings us together to unite in the same breath, our vision and courage can move forward, bringing the ego into its rightful place, leaving space to listen to our intuition and bring simple and clear boundaries.
This workshop is for those who are working to pacify the heart of their inner rebel. Those who wish to fully embody their soul and spirit and are committed to the movement to find more authenticity and connection with themselves, with others, with the world and with the great mystery.
With the 5R map, ritual practice, silence and the choreography of our metaphors, we will explore the archetype of the Wild Son and the archetype of the Holy Spirit.
For several years, Emma has been coming to Montpellier to offer us 5Rhythms workshops Labs that bring together all the nuances of the masculine and feminine archetypes we explore in Gabrielle Roth's God, Sex and the Body map.
It is the diversity of the 5Rhythms practice that fascinates her. Dedicated and committed, Emma earned her stripes by developing the part that was so important to Gabrielle Roth's heart: ‘bringing the practice to the street’. Her teachings are nourished by this, coloured with humour and the “wisdom of the street”. Guided by movement that heals and transforms human suffering into art, she is certified in Waves and HeartBeat and will soon be certified in GSB (God, Sex and the Body).
This workshop requires half of Waves and HeartBeat as a prerequisite for admission to the training.
