Re-Imagining Family Engagement

Oftentimes, educators are not given the time to connect with families, while at the same time being told how it important it is for student success. Join us in dedicating time to exploring this topic with one another, while also being given time to plan. In this workshop, we will examine the social structures beyond the walls of the classroom, in order to design and improve the way you connect with your students' families.

Participants can expect to:

• Have tools and strategies for building positive relationships with families
• Experience a fresh mindset and framework around how family engagement can be transformative
• Have space and time to reflect and plan
• Have good snacks and a good time!
