Join artist and eco-art therapist Beth Adoette for a mindful, hands-on workshop exploring the art of nature mandalas. Using beautiful, natural materials, you’ll create your own ephemeral mandala as a way to reconnect with yourself, set intentions, and clarify what’s most important in the present moment. Guided reflection, boundaries, and shared creativity with a supportive group will help you reset in an intuitive and meaningful way.
Mandalas are temporary works of art and will not be taken home—photographs are encouraged. Optional high-resolution edited photographs are available for purchase during class.
