Dr. Jena L. Bell

Dr. Jena L. Bell, a visionary leader, with over 35 years serving across corporate, entrepreneurial and nonprofit sectors, she specializes in mindset shifting, empowerment, coaching, strategy, customer experience, change management, and purpose-driven leadership. Jena is recognized as a top life and business coach and holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas-Austin, certificate in coaching, and honorary Ph.D. in Business Entrepreneurship. She is dedicated to improving the lives of others and through her signature programs, Rediscover You, Breakthrough to Break Free, Reset Your Life, and Beat Burnout, she guides others through transformative experiences for healing, navigating life experiences, personal growth and purposeful living. She is an accomplished author of Mirror Affirmations, a self-help book for healing and renewal. She is a native Texan, devoted mother, and believes "you are never to late to re-bloom and live a life of purpose ."

Dr. Kathy Scott-Gurnell

Dr. Kathy Scott-Gurnell is a Native Houstonian with a double Board certification in Adult Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She has served her community as a mental health provider since 1994. She worked in private practice and on faculty with McGovern UT Medical School before joining United Health Care in 2011. She is now the first full time Behavioral Medical Director for Texas Children’s Health Plan. Dr. Scott-Gurnell enjoys reading and writing and published her first self-help book, The Economics of Parenting, in May of 2019. Her second book, As the Petals Fall, Grieving with Hope, is expected to release early 2025. Dr KSG, as she is fondly called, is a wife of 37 years, a mother and a grandmother. Her passion is provoking positive change in others while empowering them to live life on purpose!
