In this Re-Birthing Breathwork journey, you are invited to join a safe and sacred space, exploring the power of your breath.
As a bridge into the unseen, our breath is a tool to illuminate and heal ourselves from tension and stress held in our physical body, all the way into the very subtle energy body.
Together, with the support of drums, Koshi chimes, crystal bowls, rainmakers, the voice and sound - we circle to set our intention
and journey through deep relaxation, along with a visual meditation and into a 45 min breathwork session utilizing a slow and deep circular breath.
