Re-arranged Fitness Fiesta 2023@The Edge Uni of Leeds

Come and join us for our annual Fitness Fiesta at the Edge, The University of Leeds. Would you like to try some new fitness classes? Why not bring your friends, your trainers and your enthusiasm and come and take part in our festival of fitness-completely free to students at the University of Leeds. Just try one session-or have a go at lots of them.

The event is free to all but we are asking for donations to the Turkey-Syria Earthquake appeal. Donations can be made at:

Barre LES MILLS BARRE™ is a 30-minute ballet inspired style of training that works to shape and tone your whole body

Body Balance A motivating blend of yoga, tai chi and Pilates, BODYBALANCE will improve your mind, your body and your life.

Body Attack BODY ATTACK is a high intensity class which means you burn more calories than in a moderate intensity workout-and the music rocks!

Body Combat BODY COMBAT is a total martial arts workout. Punch and Kick your way to fitness with high energy non contact martial arts moves.

Body Jam The perfect combination of music, dance and cardiovascular exercise, it's the ideal fitness class for anyone that loves to get their groove on.

Sh'Bam A fun loving, addictive dance workout. SH'BAM is an ego free zone-no dance experience required.

Partner Yoga Either bring a friend or partner and have fun exploring yoga poses together, finding strength and balance with a smile.

Zumba ZUMBA fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness programme that will blow you away!
