As the globe faces escalating environmental risks, the Royal Commonwealth Society of Edmonton is uniting international interest in a three-day summit.

This conference marks a historic milestone, the first major convening of the Commonwealth

since 2018. It will provide a platform for leaders and practitioners to discuss the policies, partnerships, and practices that impact emergency management and disaster relief.

The program will feature respected leaders and practitioners from across sectors. It goes beyond standard presentations to offer a truly interactive environment where delegates can share insights and build lasting professional relationships. Conference registration will include full access to all sessions and curated networking events:

• Welcome Meet & Greet (Thursday, Sept. 10, 5:00 PM): Connect with fellow delegates at this opening reception.
• Lieutenant Governor of Alberta Stand-up Reception at Government House (Friday, Sept. 11, 6:30pm, coaches departing Chateau Louis at 6:00pm) The first 70 guests to register for the Conference will automatically be registered for the Reception. Dress Code for Reception: Business Attire
• Two Days of Elite Programming: Listen, learn, and lead through immersive panels and keynote sessions.
• Gala Dinner* (Saturday, Sept. 12, from 6:00pm): An evening of good food, conversation and entertainment. *Tickets sold separately
• Closing Barbecue Lunch (Sunday, Sept. 13, from 11:30am): Conclude with a networking lunch to solidify new partnerships.
