Class Times: 5 pm - 9 pm

Learn to effectively maintain a medical office environment from scheduling appointments, receive patients, prepare and maintain medical records, perform basic secretarial skills and serve as a liaison between the physician and other individuals.The course includes lectures and hands-on experience. Upon successfully completing this course and passing the National HealthCareer Association (NHA) certification exam you will be a Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA).

To participate in this course, you must be 18 years of age or older, possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalent and access to a laptop and internet.
