(NOTE THE CHANGE OF DATE.)We will be joined by Brian Rahal of the city's Stormwater Management Division, to discuss flooding and infrastructure issues, and also by Reba Winstead, the Emergency Preparedness Coordinator with Volunteer Alexandria (September is Emergency Preparedness Month).
