About this Event

A day intentionally designed for you to slow down and be held. The retreat will include a healing circle, artistic creative reflection, grounding practices rooted in our cultura, and a sound bath including light shoulder & aromatherapy. You’ll also have space to connect with other Latinas in helping professions in a supportive and welcoming environment.
