Gather in community as we connect and restore our mind, body, and spirit in a safe & supportive environment. The theme for this month’s Rays of Light Reiki Circle is “JOY: Finding Play & Delight in Everyday Life.”
Let's face it-- most of us spend much of our adulthood working, worrying, stressing, and taking things pretty seriously. The world can feel quite heavy at times. And yet, that's why it's so important for us to return to a place of joy, whenever we can! Together, let's explore what it's like to feel carefree, embracing our creativity and childlike wonder once again. Set your worries aside for a bit, and open yourself up to FUN in the smallest, simplest ways.. the more you look for it, the more you'll find!
We will enjoy some lighthearted movement, playful journaling prompts, and a restful yet rejuvenating guided Reiki meditation. Bring in some JOY for the month of June!

Join Reiki Master Practitioner Nadine Schmidt of Healing Sun Reiki (Wise Moon Healing Sun) for a small & intimate group gathering where you can set aside the stress of daily life and instead embrace the wisdom of your own inner peace.
Through breathwork, guided meditation, journaling prompts, and even oracle cards, we will clear space and invite spaciousness so that we can gather our energetic resources for the season. By allowing Reiki to hold us, we invite gentle healing in whatever form our mind, body, and soul is asking for through this often-challenging time of year. Nadine will share Reiki with the group to help each person relax and integrate any personal intentions being set. Participants have the option to experience Reiki either hands-on or through no-touch.
"Rays of Light" Reiki Circle is an invitation to take some time out for yourself and find community-- a compassionate space to turn inward, rest, and reconnect to your own inner light while witnessing the light of others in a safe, welcoming space. Now more than ever, it is important to recognize that light, in ourselves and each other. My intention with "Rays of Light" is to remind us of our true nature through the power of Reiki. TOGETHER, we can shine even brighter.
