Level 1: Ages 9 & under | 0–2 years of breaking
Level 2: Ages 9–14 | 2+ years of breaking
Qualification Details:
To earn a Top 16 spot at Rockin’ The Bay Vol. 3, YOUTH competitors must enter and win the Level 2 category. Only the 1st place Level 2 champion will receive an automatic Top 16 qualification.
