Another Savannah Black Raw Vegan Meetup will be on 5/5 from 1-4 at the Baha’i Unity Center located at 2416 Waters Avenue. Come up for community building through wellness! Next month we will be exploring raw vegan tacos! Yes we can have fun in the kitchen with by exploring different kinds of recipes.
This is also for those wanting to stick their wellness goals including being plant-based lifestyle including eating raw. Come out to get some tips, along with a food demo, and a group energy reading!
What is an tune up (energy) reading? I will use a pendulum to pick up what is going on with you elementally. We are made up of the elements (air, fire, water, earth, ether). Each element is associated with different parts of the body. I will offer holistic recommendations of what you can do to create balance based upon your reading.
I was trained under the tutelage of Queen Afua and I am a certified Heal Thyself Holistic Practitioner.
I have used this for myself, family, friends, participants of 21 day detox, and the list goes on. It’s an amazing tool for insight on what is going on with you mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally.
The intention is for meetups to me free entry, however I am open to receiving love donations if you feel led to do so.
