Where? At faithful friends farm
What will we learn? We will learn how to hand milk a cow, everyone will get a turn if they'd like to. We will also make butter, sour cream, ricotta and mozzarella cheese. We will also learn all the benefits of adding a particular type of dairy items into your diet. Dairy has gotten a bad rap from some, in recent decades, especially raw, but we will learn the truth about dairy. It's not the product, it's the process. Milk is one of the most versatile foods on the planet. Come learn about the exciting world of fresh dairy!
We will all enjoy a light lunch together featuring the products we make. This workshop is $75 per person due at sign up.
