Join the R.A.W. Expressive Dance Experience!
It's time again to set yourself free from the emotions weighing you down, doing everything alone, and not giving yourself permission to express.
We release stress & stuck emotions by reconnecting with our body and others through dance, somatic work, and sharing our lived experience!
No choreography.
No judgment.
Just authentic expression and shared HUMANITY - in rhythm, breath and belonging.
Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, freer, and more connected to your body + soul + community.
Bring:

- some vulnerability
- your cozy or cool dancing outfit
- a friend or a few friends
