Roll up your sleeves and enjoy a hands-on evening in the kitchen with Chef Berto. In this interactive class, you and a partner will make fresh pasta dough from scratch, prepare a creamy ricotta filling (choose from a couple of delicious options), and assemble perfectly shaped ravioli together.The meal is rounded out with a fresh salad and a sweet dessert, because every great dinner deserves a sweet ending.

BYOB: Guests may bring one bottle of wine per group. Beer, wine, or champagne (21+)
Included: All ingredients, equipment, tools, and emailed recipes
Class Size: 8–12 guests cooking alongside Chef Berto
Arrival: Please arrive 5 minutes early; parking available nearby
Attire: Comfortable clothing and shoes you don’t mind getting a little messy
Photography: Encouraged! We’ll also be taking photos during class
