With a career spanning over two decades, Ravi has captivated audiences worldwide with his mesmerizing performances and innovative compositions.
As a leader, Ravi has released six albums including "Moving Pictures," "From The Round Box," and "Spirit Fiction," showcasing his remarkable talent and musical versatility. He has also collaborated with esteemed artists such as Joe Lovano, David Liebman, Jack DeJohnette, and McCoy Tyner, leaving an indelible mark on the jazz scene.
Born in Long Island to legendary musicians John Coltrane and Alice Coltrane, Ravi carries on his family's musical legacy with grace and artistry. Raised in Los Angeles, he was deeply influenced by his mother's music and played a pivotal role in her return to the recording studio.
While Ravi’s musical beginnings were influenced by his parents, he has crafted his own sound as an engrossing, forward-thinking jazz musician.
Pianist Gadi Lehavi and drummer Ele Howell will join Ravi on the Performance Hall stage.
