Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and gongs as you journey into a state of deep relaxation. Let go of stress and tension as the vibrations wash over you, bringing balance and harmony to your mind, body, and spirit. Connect with the energy of the Raven Snow Moon and set your intentions for the coming month. This is an in-person event you won't want to miss!

This unique experience will include:

✨ Gentle Tai Chi & Stretching (10–15 mins) – We will begin with a mindful movement session to release tension, ground ourselves, and prepare the body for deep relaxation.

🍫 Vegan Ceremonial Cacao Ritual – Enjoy a warming cup of oat milk-based ceremonial cacao, a sacred plant medicine known for its heart-opening properties. This will help us settle into the space and deepen our connection before the sound bath.

🎶 Sound Bath Journey – Lie back and surrender to the healing vibrations of gongs, crystal singing bowls, and other sacred instruments. The frequencies will guide you into a state of deep rest, allowing for energetic alignment and emotional release.

💬 Short Q&A & Reflection – After the sound bath, we’ll take a moment to share experiences and answer any questions about the practice and its benefits.

🔮 Mini Tarot & Reiki Session (Time-Permitting) – Depending on how much time remains, we will offer a brief tarot reading or Reiki energy healing, allowing for deeper insights and energetic balancing.

🌟 Important Note: Since the temperature will be around -2°C, dressing warmly is essential. Please wear comfortable, layered clothing and bring a blanket, warm socks, and a yoga mat for extra comfort.
