Ticket holders will be granted a standing view from behind the seated audience -- some views may be more limited/obstructed than others, but will still be able to hear the discussion.

GUIDELINES
- This is a discussion event with Raven Kennedy and Fantasy Fangirls. Following the discussion, there will be a signing line with Raven Kennedy.
- Raven will sign a total of 3 books. She’ll sign and personalize 1 copy of THE SWEETEST FIEND with 1 name directly for each attendee within the signing line. No personalizations (names/quotes/notes) will be made on the 2 other books.
- Quantity of each title is limited, first-come, first-served, while supplies last.
- A Barnes & Noble bookseller will take photos on guests' camera / phone during Raven's signing line.
- No memorabilia will be signed at the event.
- No large bags will be permitted into the event.
- Any gifts for the author will be collected prior to the signing line.
- The exact time at which the event ends will be determined on the day. To avoid disappointment, we strongly advise you to arrive on time for the event. Late arrivals may not have the opportunity to meet the author.
- Due to health and safety and space limitations, those without a ticket will not be permitted to join the queue.
- All event guidelines are subject to change.

REFUNDS:
-Attendees can receive refunds up to 1 day (24 hours) before your event start TIME of 6 PM.
-If you are unable to attend the event, Barnes & Noble - Chapel Hills (Colorado Springs) will hold your book for seven days after the event. Please contact the store to arrange your pickup.
-Should this event be canceled, all customers will be refunded their ticket price to the original method of payment per Eventbrite's refund policy.
