1 year. ?When we decided to move to Calgary, there was one big question: "How will we meet anyone if we don’t know anyone there?" Our answer was? RAVE. ??
Leaving behind our friends and family was tough, and starting fresh in a new country felt like a huge leap. But was it the right decision? Absolutely. The friends we’ve met since coming here—thanks to rave and music—prove that.?
From our very first event, many of you took a chance on us, trusted us, and came out to support. You introduced yourselves, said hi, and 1 year later, we became friends. We are very thankful for that. ??
Technically speaking, this is Rave Mama’s 7th year as a brand—6 years in Hong Kong and now 1 year in Calgary. Sharing the music we love and throwing great parties for the people has always been our mission, and with your continued support, we aim to keep that going. ??
So, let’s celebrate this 1-year anniversary together at one of our favorite clubs in Calgary—Rated Ultra Lounge. And most importantly, we’ve invited some of our favorite local DJs who have shaped the sound we love and inspired who we are today. ?
