Come out for Rauchfest November 28thWhat's Rauchfest? For one, it's a celebration of the release of our Rauchbier. As you may know, Rauchbier -- or smoke beer -- is a specialty of Bamberg and is characterized by a smoky flavor, which comes from using malted barley that has been dried over an open flame, traditionally using beechwood.
