This series is a journey from self, to others, to community—an opportunity to explore and reconsider the relationships that shape our lives at each of these levels.As a trauma psychologist, much of my work involves helping people understand and gently undo the relational templates they’ve inherited, making room for a more authentic way of relating to themselves and to others.
I’m grateful to be partnering with Michelle from Beyond Yoga to honor the many ways healing happens. Each gathering will begin and end with yoga practices that invite connection with the body, with space in between for reflection, exploration, and processing of the relational patterns that influence how we move through the world.
