RATIO HOUSTON HAS THREE WAYS TO SECURE A SECTION AT OUR ESTABLISHMENT. WALKING UP, PRE-REGISTERING, AND PRE-PURCHASING YOUR SECTION

**WALK UP**

WALK UP SEATING ADOPTS A “WHEN AVAILABLE” SEATING. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU PRE-REGISTER OR RSVP FOR A PRE-PAID RESERVATION AS ALL PRE-PAID RESERVATIONS HAVE FIRST PRIORITY, AND PRE-REGISTRATIONS TAKE PRIORITY OVER WALK UPS. AT THE FRONT OF THE LINE YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED OF SECTION ABILITY AND WAIT TIME FOR A SECTION, YOU CAN ALSO CONFIRM YOUR PARTY DETAILS AT THIS TIME. ONCE A SECTION IS READY FOR YOU, YOU WILL BE ESCORTED TO YOUR SECTION.

**PRE-REGISTER**

OUR PRE-REGISTRATION SYSTEM IS AVAILABLE VIA EVENTBRITE. PRE-REGISTERING PRIOR TO YOUR VISIT TO RATIO IS PREFERRED OVER WALKING UP. THEY'RE SEPARATED BY DAY SO PLEASE PRE-REGISTER EVERY NIGHT YOU PLAN ON ATTENDING. THERE IS A SPECIFIC PRE-REGISTRATION LINE INFANT OF RATIO DURING OPERATING HOURS. PLEASE FOLLOW THE POSTED SIGNS TO THE CORRECT LINE. PLEASE HAVE YOUR EVENT PRE-REGISTRATION TICKET ON YOUR PHONE WHEN YOU REACH THE FRONT OF THE LINE. YOU CAN USE THE EVENTBRITE APP OR USE EMAIL TO GENERATE YOUR TICKET. PLEASE USE THE BUTTONS BELOW TO PRE-REGISTER. WHILE PRE-REGISTERING DOES HAVE PRIORITY OVER WALK UPS, PRE-PAID RESERVATIONS TAKE PRIORITY OVER PRE-REGISTERING. ONCE CHECKED IN, AND AT THE FRONT OF THE LINE YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED OF SECTION ABILITY AND WAIT TIME FOR A SECTION, YOU CAN ALSO CONFIRM YOUR PARTY DETAILS AT THIS TIME. ONCE A SECTION IS READY FOR YOU, YOU WILL BE ESCORTED TO YOUR SECTION.

**PRE-PAID RESERVATIONS**

PRE-PAID RESERVATIONS REQUIRE A DEPOSIT. PRE-PAID RESERVATIONS TAKE PRIORITY OVER EVERYTHING AND WILL ALWAYS BE SEATED AT THE RESERVATION TIME. PLEASE ARRIVE 5-10 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR RESERVED TIME TO ENSURE THAT YOU WILL BE SEATED ON TIME. PLEASE NOTIFY RATIO HOUSTON IF YOU WILL BE ARRIVING 15 MINUTES OR MORE LATE SO THAT WE CAN TRY TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS. ALL SECTIONS HAVE A SEATING TIME LIMIT OF 2 HOURS. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RESERVE A SECTION FOR LONGER PLEASE NOTIFY STAFF AHEAD OF TIME SO THAT ARRANGEMENTS CAN BE MADE IF AVAILABLE.

TICKET SALES - Purchaser acknowledges that all payments for tickets for admission to the venue are non-refundable. Upon payment, purchaser further acknowledges that its payment is for the ticket(s) for admittance to the specific date of the event and no other date. The event is rain or shine. Purchaser further acknowledges that no refunds will provided and that no exchanges or credits for future event dates will be given for ticket purchases for any reason. After completing your purchase on Eventbrite, you will receive an email confirmation with your attached PDF ticket(s). You MUST print and bring your PDF tickets OR you may download the Eventbrite app and show your ticket on your mobile device for entry instead of printing. SECTION/TABLE SALES - Purchaser acknowledges that its payment for the purchase of the table reservation at the venue is non-refundable. Upon payment, purchaser further acknowledges that payment for the section reservation entitles purchaser and his/her guest admittance to the venue and the alcoholic beverage order selected by purchaser for the specific date of the event and no other. The event is rain or shine. Purchaser further acknowledges that no refunds will provided and that no exchanges or credits for future event dates will be given for section reservations for any reason.
